Emerging HR Trends in 2022

The United Arab Emirates (UAE) has released a Federal Decree-Law No. 33 of 2021, which establishes new labor arrangements. Part-time jobs, temporary labor, and flexible employment were all included in the law, which went into force on February 2, 2022. The revisions will provide both firms and individuals more freedom in reacting to the continuously changing and disruptive business environment.

HR Analytics:

The demand for HR experts to provide value to their companies by navigating the volatile workplace will continue to rise. The analytics and big data sector, according to IDC, will generate $274 billion in sales by 2022. HR professionals in the Middle East and Africa have a lot of space to grow and improve in this area.
