On the 3rd of March, a transformative event unfolded, marking a significant milestone in the realm of leadership and research collaboration between existing students and alumni of Canterbury Christ Church University (CCCU). It was the inaugural Westford Leadership Bootcamp in partnership with CCCU, UK.  This momentous occasion, enriched by the fusion of expertise and innovation, promised to be a beacon guiding aspiring leaders and researchers towards unparalleled success.

The boot camp commenced with an electrifying keynote address by the distinguished speaker Mr. Inus JV Rensburg, an expert in Logistics, Supply Chain, and Education. Mr. Rensburg’s wealth of experience, and seamlessly transition from business ventures to academia, captivated the audience. With a fervent dedication to aligning curricula with industry demands, fostering learner-centric environments, and enhancing soft skills, his insights served as a guiding light for MBA students navigating the intricate landscape of research and business project selection.

Following Mr. Rensburg’s insightful session, Dr. Ravi Harsha Perera, an esteemed Westford DBA alumnus, took the stage to delve into the nuances of business projects.
