For meeting these needs the Human Resource Management Professional should always be in the process of recruiting the right candidates to be recruited into the organization.

Sometimes while the existing considerations given for certain values might be changed and this will make the employees feel unsafe. During this time it is the duty of the human resource manager to re organize the values so that the employees are adhered to the policies of the company. helping them understanding about the company is going to have by the reorganizing and how each employee can benefit should be conveyed properly by the concerned hr professional.

The culture of the company is formed by the actions that leaders inside the company take during various stages. How each employee is rewarded for their work also depend upon the outlook of the top management staff. The values and the vision are also formed by the top management professionals inside the company. It is the responsibility of the Hr management professionals to convey the policies of the top management staff to the newly recruited employees and existing employees during the talent management process.
