WUC has improved my efficiency. Previously, I considered myself as a lecturer, but now I seemyself as a mentor, an occasional supervisor, and a class act for my students. Because theexpectation here is a “student first,” I’m motivated to go above and beyond to get the messageacross in the best way possible.

My time at WUC has been phenomenal, and my path has been filled with opportunities to learnand grow within the organization. Westford greeted me with welcoming hands, and I wasinstantly made to feel like a member of the Westford family. I’ve had a wonderful opportunity toeducate and work with a diverse range of individuals.

I am truly grateful tothe Leadership & the Management Team for their unwavering trust, support, and belief over theyears, which has opened numerous doors of opportunity to ‘discover, “reflect,’ ‘grow,’ and‘evolve.’ “& ‘contribute’ as an effective team leader/player across a variety of roles andresponsibilities. There are several compelling reasons to join the Westford community. Being a part of a teamthat works hard and has an indescribable influence on each other’s lives daily is incredible.Knowing that we all have the same goals in mind, from working with our students throughhelping each other succeed, makes me proud to be a part of this group.

My earliest contact with WUC happened in the year 2018. In the year 2019, I was transferredto the operations department, where my true experience at WUC began. Westford has providedme with the opportunity to demonstrate my ability, learn new things, and explore new ideas. Iam grateful for the acknowledgement and gratitude I have earned for my efforts. I considerWESTFORD to be one of the greatest places to work and look forward to contributing to WUC’ ssuccess in the next years.
