    Program Highlights

    It has been a decade of transformation for the business landscape. Adding efficiencies to organizations through best practice processes and technological updates has created a need for professionals to specialize in areas other than their field of expertise so they can grow as integral members of their organization.

    In partnership with UCAM, Spain, Westford University College offers seven specializations through its UCAM Executive MBA, addressing the needs of businesses today. In these programs, you will acquire extensive knowledge of various management fields in a process-oriented way. Each program aims to enable professionals to advance threefold: by acquiring a comprehensive understanding of businesses and their processes, adapting to new and updated methods and technologies, and focusing on the specialized subject matter to attain proficiency.

    • Learners will not receive any equivalency as it is a distance learning program.

    Program delivery is divided into 9 modules, of which 7 are core modules common to all specializations and two are specialized.

    Upon completion of the specified modules, learners receive 60 ECTS.

    • Critically review and analyse the importance of HRM and its practices in an organization, and how it can be linked with an organizational behaviour activity in overcoming business issues and challenges for a better performance of the organization.
    • Critically review and analyse the framework of leadership and consider the nature, strengths, and weaknesses of the various approaches: traits; functional; behavioural; style; contingency. The continuum of leadership behaviour should be explored in some depth with consideration of the factors determining the chosen leadership style.
    • Discuss the concept of organizational behaviour and its interface with management. Review and critically synthesize the various influences on behaviour in organizations and the interface with management in integrating and balancing these.
    • Assess the role of IHRM and its impact on global organization. Identify some of the key HRM challenges facing organizations working internationally. Discuss the prevalent HRM practices in global organization.

    The Executive MBA is a Triple Crown MBA program allowing students to attain three certifications from accredited awarding bodies in the UK. With this program, students will receive an Extended Postgraduate Diploma in Business from Cambridge International Qualifications (CIQ), UK, an Executive MBA from UCAM, Spain, and Certified Manager*, by CMI, UK.

    The Triple Certified MBA will be facilitated by renowned faculty with decades of experience in the domain. During the program, students will be exposed to industry-specific case studies, business simulations and extempore.
